PPO Medical Plan
Sai's nationwide healthcare carrier for medical is a PPO managed healthcare program with one of the largest network of providers. Sai contributes to full-time, salaried employee plus dependent medical coverage. Hourly employees may elect at their expense.
Dental Insurance
Sai offers a PPO Dental Plan. Sai contributes to full-time, salaried employee plus dependent medical coverage. Hourly employees may elect at their expense.
Life Insurance and Disability Insurance
Full-time, salaried employees will receive the benefit of company paid Basic Life and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) Insurance. Hourly employees may elect at their expense.
Sai offers Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance to all full-time employees and their families. Also Short Term Disability Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance is also offered to all full-time employees.
Vision Plan
Core Exam
Sai provides a Core Exam Vision Plan for all full-time, salaried employees and their dependents. Hourly employees may also participate at their own expense. This plan will provide annual eye examinations with a $10. co-pay.
Materials “Buy-Up”
Employees participating in the Core Exam Vision Plan have the option to “buy-up” their coverage to include vision materials. After the $10 co-pay, the “buy-up” plan covers lenses every 12 months and frames for glasses every 24 months. Elective contact lenses have a $105 annual allowance, in lieu of glasses.
Section 125/Cafeteria Plan
Employees may redirect non-taxable dollars for company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, and for dependent care. This plan is designed so that employees do not pay taxes on money used to pay for benefits and childcare.
Vacation & Holidays
All full-time salaried employees begin accruing vacation and sick days the first of the month after three months of employment. They also receive customary paid holidays as per the prevailing industry standards. Full-time salaried employees with more than a year of service are also eligible for Family and Medical Leave.
401(k) Pension Plan
Sai's 401(k) pension plan allows all full-time employees to defer part of their pre-tax compensation for retirement purposes. The contributions (up to the maximum as set by Federal law or 15%, whichever is the lesser) and accumulated earnings are non-forfeitable and 100% vested.
Worker's Compensation
All Sai W-2 employees are eligible for this benefit, wherein they may receive a portion of their salary until the time of return to work, for any job-related injury or illness causing incapacitation. The limit on the total amount and the period they may draw benefits are set by the state. Additionally, Sai's Worker's Compensation insurance provides for payment of all reasonable medical expenses required from job-related injury or illness.
Dependent Care Reimbursement
All Sai full-time employees are eligible for this benefit, wherein they may defer part of their pre-tax compensation for reimbursement of childcare expenses. The contributions are up to the maximum as set by Federal law. |
